Cameron Riley Monaghan was born to single mother Diane Monaghan on the 16th of August 1993 in Santa Monica. His mother, Diane, was an insurance claims specialist and moved to Boca Raton with him shortly after he was born. When he was just three, Diane sent his pictures to modeling agencies. Cameron first appeared on the cover of his catalog when he was only five. He was then making appearances on television commercials at age seven.
